You Can’t See Him: John Cena Discusses The End Of His WWE Career, Knows The Chapter Is Ending

It happens to everyone. There are certain things that happen to every wrestler and one of those things is the end of their career. At some point everyone has to hang up their boots to wrap things up and in some cases that can be a tricky situation. Some of the bigger names of all time get to plan things out in advance. That is where we are with one of the top names in wrestling history.

John Cena was interviewed by People and spoke about his career in WWE coming to an end. Cena said that at 47 years old, he knows his “WWE journey is coming to an end” and that while it has been a great chapter in his life, the sun is setting on his chapter. Cena has previously said that he wants one more run in WWE but is planning to retire by the time he reaches 50 years old. There is no word on when Cena is going to return to the ring for WWE.

Opinion: This is something that you had to know was coming sooner than later but that doesn’t make it it any less of a deal. Whether you like him or not, Cena is one of the biggest stars in the history of professional wrestling and it is going to be a big deal when he is gone for good. I’m not sure I can imagine it happening, but his departure is going to be a rather huge deal.
