Can you blame them? There are a lot of people who are involved in setting up a wrestling show and that has always been the case. While the wrestlers are the people who get the most attention, there are others who play a large part in making a wrestling event work. That is especially the case in WWE but now some of them are not exactly thrilled with what is going on.

One of the bigger wrestling problems stemming from the Coronavirus pandemic has been the lack of fans in attendance. That is quite the issue as it takes away so much of the company’s income. With no fans coming to the shows, there are no ticket sales, merchandise sales at the arena or anything else that live fans pay for every night. That has changed the way WWE’s finances work but now one of their decisions has angered some people backstage.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the WWE writing team is unhappy with the company as WWE has brought in some new writers to the team. This comes after WWE announced that they would not be able to offer raises or promotions of any kind. WWE did give some of the company’s employees $3000 worth of stock earlier in the year, though there is no word on when WWE will be offering them regular raises and promotions again.

WWE can get rather creative at times. Check out some of their interesting ideas:

Opinion: It makes perfect sense for the backstage workers to be annoyed when they are told that things are going badly and then finding out that other people are being brought in. WWE does need fresh voices on occasion but it does not exactly look good when they are also saying how they cannot afford certain things. That does not exactly hold up, but it’s not like anything is normal in the first place anyway.
