That’s worth a talk. One of the things that fan every wrestling fan has done at one point or another is debate their favorites with another fan. It is practically a rite of passage for wrestling fans and always will be one. That can be the case with anything from favorite wrestlers to best matches and almost all points in between. Now WWE is getting in on the idea as well.

We are less than two weeks away from the Royal Rumble and that means it is time to start looking back at the history of one of the most important events on the WWE calendar. The Royal Rumble has been around since 1988 and has become arguably the second most important night of the year. There have been some incredibly talented people involved with it over the years and WWE is trying to rank them.

WWE has announced the Mr. Rumble Tournament to crown the greatest Royal Rumble competitor of all time. The sixteen entrant tournament is divided into the Greatest Winners and Master Eliminators sections with eight seeds per section. Fans can vote on the winners on WWE’s social media platforms with the winner being announced on January 31, the day of this year’s Royal Rumble.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that is going to lead to some rather interesting discussions because you can go so many different ways in thinking with the whole thing. WWE knows how to have fun with something like this and hopefully they do something similar in the future. If nothing else, it’s nice to have some fun flashbacks for a change, especially if you are not thrilled with the current product.
