An international incident. While WWE has a lot of people on its active roster, it has quite a few people who do things that do not make it to television. Every now and then you hear a little something about these people or they make a cameo, but some of them will make appearances elsewhere if it does not affect WWE. This time around though, things might not be so simple.

Back in July 2020, Kairi Sane was written out of WWE television as she was hoping to move back to Japan to be with her husband. Sane was gone from her on-screen role with the company to being an ambassador and trainer in Japan. This leaves her with a bit more freedom than most WWE stars. However, Sane might have done something that did not sit well with WWE.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Sane was hoping to make an appearance at the Stardom 10th Anniversary event on March 3. WWE did not agree to the appearance though and at the moment, Sane is not likely to be taking part in the show. Stardom had been hoping to bring back as many former stars as possible for the event, though Sane would not likely have been wrestling.

Opinion: This is kind of a confusing one but at the end of the day, Sane is signed to WWE and they are going to have final say on what she does in wrestling. I’m really not sure what issue they would have in allowing her to make an appearance at a show that has nothing to do with WWE but maybe they have something against Stardom. Maybe this gets resolved, but it wouldn’t shock me to see WWE keeps its foot down.
