WWE Network To Focus On AJ Styles’ Time In TNA

I didn’t know we could talk about that. The WWE Network has a lot of things to offer but one of the most interesting is Bruce Prichard’s Something Else To Wrestle With podcast. The show rips the curtain back and talks about a lot of things that you’re not going to hear about on other WWE shows, including what was going on backstage and various other areas that WWE almost never talks about. One of those areas is a certain Orlando, Florida based wrestling company, which is going to get a spotlight very soon.

In a new interview with Sports Illustrated, Prichard’s co-host Conrad Thompson talks about an upcoming episode of the show will focus on AJ Styles’ run in TNA (now Impact Wrestling). The episode will look at October 2010 thru July 2013, which is the period when Prichard worked for the company with Styles leaving at the end of the year. The new show is scheduled to debut on the WWE Network next week.

There’s a lot to talk about here, including this forgotten gem.

Opinion: There’s a lot to talk about with a topic like this and after all those years of never bringing up the company whatsoever, opening the door that is Impact Wrestling is rather fascinating. Like it or not, Styles was a major, major star there and is the face of the company to a lot of fans. He spent the majority of his career there and that’s a major part of history that can’t simply be ignored. The show should be interesting, as most episodes of the series have been so far.
