WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Considering Rather Specific Title Run

Call it a wish list item? WWE is the biggest and most powerful wrestling promotion in the world and has audiences all over the world. There are times when WWE will attempt to cater to specific audiences in one way or another. It seems that they might be wanting to do that again, as the company might be planning something for a very specific type of wrestler.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: Update On WWE’s Future Plans For LA Knight

According to Better Wrestling Experience on Twitter by way of Cagesideseats.com, WWE is “strongly considering” a babyface Latino champion. There is no word on who the champion might be or which title the champion will be winning. WWE currently has a heel Latino champion in NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio. In addition, Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar are set to face off for a future US Title shot next week on SmackDown.

Opinion: This is something that makes sense as WWE has reportedly been looking for a top Latino star for years now. There are all kinds of great options in the company at the moment or maybe they bring in someone new. What matters is that WWE could pick through a few different stars and it could make for a rather nice push for one of the in the near future.
