The match will continue to take place at some point, but rather than being held at a specific show at a specific time, it will be when the storyline calls for it. Hell In A Cell is said to be important to Triple H and he does not want the match happening at the same time every year.

Opinion: This is something some fans have been asking to see for a long time now and for the same reason. It never made a ton of sense to have the match take place inside the Cell for the sake of it being a certain month on the calendar, so trying something like this is a great thing to see. Hopefully they come up with some good stories in the future to set up some Cell matches, which should help quite a bit.
