WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Changing Another Longstanding Vince McMahon Rule

That’s them. There are all kinds of changes taking place in WWE at the moment and it is interesting to see what is going on now that so many of these longstanding concepts have been removed. Some of these involve issues with the wrestlers and how they are presented. Now we might be seeing some more familiar names from places outside of WWE.

Last week on SmackDown, Tama Tonga made his debut as part of the Bloodline. This comes at the same time as Giulia has made her NXT debut under the same ring name. According to Wrestlingnews.co, this is part of WWE loosening up its rules regarding changing wrestlers’ names as they come into the company. While some wrestlers had been allowed to keep their names from before coming into WWE, Vince McMahon leaned towards changing the ring names.

There have been some nice debuts as of late. Check out what has been going on:

Opinion: This is one of those changes that should make things more interesting as it certainly follows some logic. If these wrestlers are big enough to come into WWE, it makes sense to have them use the names that made them so famous in the first place. WWE is making some wise changes at the moment and it would be nice to see them continue, if nothing else for the sake of keeping some common sense involved.
