WRESTLING RUMORS: Monday Night Raw Could Be In For A Huge, First Time Ever Change

That would be a big one. We are in the middle of a major change in WWE as the company is now owned by Endeavor. That is the kind of change that we have never seen in WWE and the question now is just how many new things that might bring with it. This could include the company’s television shows, which could be in for even more changes than you might expect.

Last month, it was announced that SmackDown would be moving from FOX to USA next October as the show’s deal had expired. Monday Night Raw and NXT will also be leaving USA, though it is not clear where they will be going. However, according to WrestleVotes, Endeavor is open to moving the show to a new night. There are reportedly several in WWE who want the show to stay on Monday. It is not clear when the show’s new deal will be announced.

Regarding the rumors of RAW moving nights, Endeavor is definitely open to it, which they have stated. I can say from a backstage (off camera) standpoint, there are tons of people who want RAW to continue on Mondays as is. Time will tell.

Opinion: I’d certainly call that a major change as Monday Night Raw has been on Monday nights for thirty years now. While I can’t imagine the change actually taking place, the fact that such a change is even on the table makes things all the more interesting. Things are already changing in a big way for WWE in general and now the question is whether we’ll be getting an even bigger change.
