When Will Goldberg and Brock Lesnar Be Face to Face?

Let’s get them back together again. Brock Lesnar and Goldberg had one of the most memorable matches of 2016 at “Survivor Series 2016” when Goldberg defeated Lesnar in less than two minutes in the main event. Lesnar hasn’t been around much since then but both of them will be in the 2017 Royal Rumble. However, we’ll be getting a bit of a preview just before the show.

According to 411mania.com, Lesnar, Paul Heyman and Goldberg are all scheduled to appear on the January 23 “Monday Night Raw” in Cleveland, Ohio, six days before the Royal Rumble. The two of them have been in the ring on “Monday Night Raw” before but nothing wound up happening other than a lot of talking.

I know the match wasn’t a technical tour de force but there’s an energy when they’re in the same place that can’t be faked. You get the feeling that these two could hurt each other like few others could and that’s something worth watching every single week. I’m sure we’ll see them fight at “Wrestlemania XXXIII” and while I’m not wild on seeing it again on such a huge stage, at least the atmosphere will be there.
