WATCH: Charlotte Shares Video Of Her Recovery Training Following Gruesome Knee Injury

She’s working on it. Injuries can be some of the worst things that happen to any wrestler at any time as you never know when something can put them on the shelf. Some of them are far worse than others and require quite a lengthy recovery process. That is the situation for one of the biggest stars in WWE today and now she has taken an important step as she gets ready to return to the ring.

Charlotte has been out of action since December 2023 when she suffered a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus. This week, Charlotte uploaded a video to Instagram, noting that she was undergoing her first biodex test, which involves isokinetic training. Charlotte said that she needed to have 40% or less deficit in strength compared to her non-injured leg and had 20%, which was a success. There is no word on when Charlotte will be able to return to the ring.

Opinion: It sounds like Charlotte is getting better every day and that means she could be getting back in the ring sooner than later. She has quite a serious collection of injuries to deal with and it is a shame to see her out of action for such a long time. Charlotte is one of the most talented wrestlers of this generation and it will be great to have her back in action to show what she can do.
