It’s the new way. Over the last few months, there has been no one in WWE like Roman Reigns. After his return at Summerslam, Reigns has gone on to become the biggest star in WWE for the time being, including a Universal Title reign which does not seem likely to be ended anytime soon. At the same time, Reigns has been dealing with his family, including one in particular earlier this month. Now something has changed in a big way.

Last weekend at Hell In A Cell, Reigns defeated Jey Uso in a title defense but there was a little more to it than that. Due to his loss, Uso is now forced to do Reigns’ bidding in order to keep his spot in the family. That is quite the big change and it did not sit well with Uso, but things were going to be beyond his control. However, a few days have passed and now the situation has evolved in a hurry.

This changed in a hurry. Check out what set things up and what happened after the show.

This week on SmackDown, Uso turned heel to join Reigns at the end of the show. Following Uso’s victory over Daniel Bryan, Reigns ordered Uso to prove himself to Bryan, prompting Uso to violently attack him. This included a Superfly Splash to drive Bryan through the announcers’ table to end the show. After the show was over, a stretcher was brought down for Bryan but Uso knocked it over with Bryan on it. Uso hit another Superfly Splash before leaving.

Opinion: That escalated in a hurry and that might be a good thing. Uso turning full on heel to support his brother is only going to make Reigns feel that much more violent and that is a good thing going forward. I’m curious to see where this story goes long term, and having Uso around is going to make Reigns even more dominant. The question now is who can come after Reigns, though Bryan might be near the top of the list.

What did you think of the angle? Who is next for Reigns? Let us know in the comments below.
