Kurt Angle would love this. Signature moves and holds are some of the most important parts of a wrestling match. That one move taking place is something that lets you know the match is just about done. It’s a move that only one person can use, or at least that’s how it’s supposed to be. Sometimes an opponent will use it on the original user, which is quite the slap in the face. That’s what WWE is looking at today.

Give it up already.

Stolen submission finishers: WWE Top 10, Nov. 12, 2018

WWE has released a new Top Ten video looking at Stolen Submission Finishers. The video is exactly what it sounds like, as one wrestler uses someone else’s hold against them. This list stretches over a long range of history, with entries from all the way back in 1991 until modern times. While most of them take place in matches, there are some that took place in beatdown segments instead of during a match.

Opinion: While the #1 entry was the most obvious in the history of these lists, it was nice to have a few forgotten ones in there. Some of them weren’t the biggest surprises either, giving it a nice mixture instead of just doing one side or the other. If nothing else it was nice to have nothing repeat. So many people have used Angle’s ankle lock against him that you could probably have a top ten video on it alone.

Which of these was your favorite? What did WWE leave off the list? Let us know in the comments below.
