VIDEO: Tommaso Ciampa Tries To RKO Randy Orton And Fails Miserably

Might want a new game plan. Wrestling is a lot of things but in some ways, it can be rather repetitive. There are things that you will see take place over and over, though in some cases that is because they are effective. Those are the ideas and concepts that become rather well known, and now one wrestler is trying, and failing, to take advantage of one such idea.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: AEW Dynamite Results – June 19, 2024

Johnny Gargano has posted a new video to Twitter, showing himself talking with DIY partner Tommaso Ciampa. The two are shown standing around the ring before an edition of SmackDown begins, with Randy Orton standing nearby. Ciampa speaks badly about Orton and says he is going to give Orton his own RKO. The attempt does not go quite as Ciampa was planning and he has quite the reaction.

Opinion: This was hilarious as there is something funny about someone having a grand plan foiled by simply stepping to the side. I could go for seeing more of this from DIY on television, as Gargano played a great straight man to Ciampa’s insanity. Let them show that kind of thing on SmackDown, as it would stand out more than what they have been doing in recent weeks.
