(Video): In Search Of A Working Vacation. A Major WWE Star Harasses Triple H About Going To NXT.

The man has a request. While WWE’s main programming is not exactly the most popular in the world at the moment, there is a lot to be said about both NXT shows. They have produced some entertaining wrestling with the main NXT being critically acclaimed and the UK version being rather well received at the same time. As it turns out, a main roster star has been paying attention and wants in.

In a new interview with TalkSport, Drew McIntyre requests that Triple H let him take a shot at NXT UK. This is something that McIntyre has asked him about before, even going so far to say that he harasses Triple H about the idea. McIntyre says that it would only be for a match or two, which is something that Finn Balor did in a surprise appearance at January’s Takeover: Blackpool.

Opinion: I mean, it’s not like he wouldn’t fit in perfectly. McIntyre is one of the top stars in WWE and having him show up at a place where he would be treated as a hero would be something to see. This has been done before and it certainly isn’t outside the realm of possibility. What amazes me the most is that the main roster talent wants in on NXT, which shows how well it has been done.
