A different kind of selling. There are certain wrestling names who pop up every now and then for one reason or another. These are some of the real legends of wrestling and people are going to pay attention when they show up to do something. This might not even be in the ring or at a show, but it makes for some rather interesting situations. That was the case again, and it had little to do with actual wrestling.
You will be hard pressed to find someone as interesting and unique in wrestling as Mick Foley. While he is mainly known as Mankind and Cactus Jack, there is something a little more to it than that. Foley wrestled with multiple personalities, which made for some fascinating changes over the course of his career. Some of those changes were on display outside of wrestling.
You might remember this guy. Check out what Foley did on another kind of show:
Foley appeared on a recent edition of Pawn Stars where he helped to authenticate a signed mask and a Dude Love shirt that a fan was trying to sell. The host brought Foley in as an expert to make sure that the items were real, which included a history of the limited edition shirt. Ultimately, the fan did not sell the items as he could not get enough money for the two of them.
This might be more your style. Check out more of Foley in the ring:
Opinion: This is the kind of thing that can get a nice reaction from a fan as Foley is a pretty legendary star in his own right. There is something about him that makes you want to see more and it worked for a very long time. Foley has been my favorite wrestler for a good while now and it is still fun to see him do just about anything, even if it involves talking about his old merchandise.
