YEEEEEES in an accent that is hard to type. One of the most wanted changes in WWE was the rise of Broken Matt Hardy. We wound up getting Woken Hardy, which seems to be about the same thing. While he already has a lot of the changes down, there was one big thing missing, which seems to have been corrected.

Hardy wrestled and defeated Bray Wyatt at the December 26 house show at Madison Square Garden. As he came to the ring though, his traditional entrance music was replaced by Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata (1st Movement), which was the same music he used in Impact Wrestling. Here’s a video of his entrance:

Opinion: It certainly does add a little something different. Just showing Hardy coming out to something other than his standard music makes him seem like an actual new character instead of Hardy being weird and over the top. This has serious potential to be something special, assuming WWE lets Hardy run with it. That seems to be the case so far, but there’s more than enough time to screw it up.

What do you think of Hardy’s gimmick so far? How far can he take it? Let us know in the comments below.
