That’s salt with a side of pepper. Lana and Rusev are two of the more popular stars on SmackDown Live, even if they’ve recently turned heel again. The RUSEV DAY chants became some of the biggest things in WWE and Lana has always been able to cut a heck of a promo of her own. As it turns out, Lana isn’t happy with someone and is letting the fans know about it.
Lana and Rusev recently launched their own YouTube channel under their real names, including a series called I’m #Salty, featuring Lana ranting about something. In this case it’s over Ronda Rousey taking Lana’s place on the cast of the upcoming season of Total Divas. It isn’t clear if this rant is supposed to be in character or not, but there is no word of an upcoming match between the two.
She gets rather feisty. Check out Lana’s intense rant:
Opinion: This is the kind of thing that has been shown to work before. There’s something to be said about having someone go out there and showcase their personalities like this and it’s likely to get Lana somewhere. If someone from WWE sees something like this, maybe they will give Lana and Rusev a bit more time on television. It’s worked before and it can work here too.
What did you think of the speech? Could this help Lana’s career? Let us know in the comments below.
