That’s a positive sign. Injuries can be a nightmare in wrestling as you never can tell who is going to be put on the shelf or how long they are going to be out. No one is immune to injuries and they can take people out for a very long time. Some are worse than others, but the waiting is the worst part. That is the case with a current NXT superstar but as it turns out, we now have a bit of an update on her injury status.
Dakota Kai has released a new video on her Instagram account saying that her knee injury is still healing from surgery but she is closer to being back than she was before. Kai is recovering from a torn ACL which she suffered in December and had surgery to repair in January. There is no word on when she will be back in the ring or which roster she will be working for.
She’s going to be back soon. Check out Kai’s announcement:
Opinion: I’ve liked Kai since the moment she debuted as her charisma and general love for what she does has been a rather entertaining combination. Her injury is a horrible thing but hopefully she seems to be getting closer and closer to getting back into the ring. Hopefully everything goes well for her and she’s back and better than ever, though it might take a little more time.
What do you think of Kai? What will she do when she gets back? Let us know in the comments below.
