It could clear up some space. AEW has a lot of good things going at the moment and one of them is its great roster. The company has some excellent wrestlers with a mixture of young stars, up and coming wrestlers and veterans. With so many people on the roster, the company is trying to find a way to use all of them. Now they might be needing to switch a pair of them up.

One of the more common criticisms of the company is that they have a few too many tag teams. There are so many teams on the roster that there are only so many places for all of them to go. AEW is trying but they have also been bringing in even more teams, which makes things all the more complicated. Now though, they might be splitting one of them up to make some more room.

You might not have them around much longer. Check out a big development for an AEW tag team:

During this week’s edition of AEW Dark, SCU’s Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian were guests on Britt Baker’s Waiting Room segment. Kazarian said that the team was at the bottom of the barrel at the moment and it was time for them to either win the Tag Team Titles again or they would be splitting up. It is not clear when or if SCU will be receiving another shot at the titles, or what would happen to fellow SCU member Scorpio Sky.

Opinion: This might be for the better, as you aren’t going to have SCU around much longer anyway. Daniels is fifty years old and Kazarian is forty three. They can still go in the ring, but that is only going to last so much longer. At some point they have to hang it up and if they can put someone over on the way out, that’s about as much as you can hope for from them.

What do you think of the team? Will they split up? Let us know in the comments below.
