Next week bay-bay! Despite Drew McIntyre winning the NXT Title in the main event of “Takeover: Brooklyn III”, the biggest story coming out of the show was the debut of Adam Cole. After McIntyre won the title, he was confronted by Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly, who were quickly joined by Cole for the big beatdown. Now we’re ready for the next big step.

As announced in a video on WWE’s YouTube channel, Cole will be making his in-ring debut on next week’s episode of “NXT” in a match against Eric Young. Cole’s Undisputed Era faction has been having issues with Young’s Sanity, possibly setting up an NXT Tag Team Title match at “Takeover: Houston”.

Here’s the announcement:

Adam Cole to make in-ring debut next week on NXT

Opinion: This makes sense with Young as the kind of opponent who is going to be able to give almost anyone a good match. Cole has the presence, reputation and talking abilities to become a big star so if he has the in-ring abilities, he’s almost destined to be a big star. Hopefully the first match makes him look like a success.

How far do you see Cole going? Will he be a star on the main roster? Let us know in the comments below.
