Searching for the Big Red Machine. Last week on “Monday Night Raw”, Braun Strowman thoroughly destroyed Kane in a Last Man Standing match in less than three minutes. This seems to be a way to write Kane off of WWE TV and new reports and events seem to suggest that’s exactly the case.

According to 411mania.com, Kane will be off of live events and WWE TV for the better part of a month. His next current date scheduled is March 3 in a match against Brock Lesnar in Chicago. Later this month though, Kane is scheduled to appear on a live edition of “Talk is Jericho” in Nashville, Tennessee, where Kane is running for Knox County Mayor. Here’s the official Instagram announcement:

Kane's funniest moments: WWE Top 10

Opinion: Kane being off TV at this point isn’t surprising, though I can’t imagine that’s his last time leaving the ring. He’s been around for so long now that you almost have to give him a big sendoff, which he’s most certainly earned. I’m sure he’ll be back at some point, if nothing else for a Hall of Fame induction. Kane is a big deal and it would be amazing to see him win the election, but just trying is cool as well.
