Under the knife. In one of the most emotional WWE moments in a long time, the Undertaker retired at the end of “Wrestlemania XXXIII” after losing to Roman Reigns. At 52 years old, Undertaker clearly didn’t have much left and his physical limitations were really starting to become obvious. Now that he’s retired, it’s time to take care of some physical issues.
According to the Sun,
Undertaker was seen entering a New York City hospital with wife Michelle McCool. The David H. Koch Pavilion Hospital specializes in orthopedics, which would suggest that Undertaker is set to undergo a
long needed hip replacement surgery. There is no word on what else Undertaker might need fixed, but it is believed he might be undergoing multiple procedures.
Opinion: If Undertaker really is undergoing all these major surgeries, it’s hard to imagine that he’ll ever be back. I believed that was it for him as he really did seem to be the kind of wrestler who was done for good once he hung it up and there’s nothing wrong with that. Hopefully everything goes well for him and he can retire in good health.
