You have to go somewhere. AEW’s Double Or Nothing event seems to have been a major hit and a lot of people seem to be pleased with everything that happened. With the show out of the way though, it’s time to get on to something else in the future. AEW has already made it clear where things are going next and now we know a specific date on when something big is happening.

AEW has announced via Twitter that their first World Champion will be crowned at All Out on August 31. The match will be between Chris Jericho and Hangman Page, who earned their spots in the match at Double Or Nothing. Jericho defeated Kenny Omega in the show’s main event to earn his spot while Page won the Casino Battle Royal. This will be their first match against each other.

You can tell that AEW is ready. Check out the promo for All Out:

Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise in the world and it’s something that could work out quite well. Page vs. Jericho is the kind of a World Title match where either of them could win and that makes for a rather entertaining showcase. The whole show should be great as these people know how to put together something special, which is exactly what the event needs to be.
