Rumor: NXT Call-Up Coming Soon

Here he comes to job to Enzo! Job to Enzo! The cruiserweight division is kind of all over the place and has been since the division was put together in the first place. Enzo Amore has breathed some life into the division and “205 Live”, but he’s going to need some fresh talent to face. We might know one such name.

According to PWInsider.com, Hideo Itami is likely to be the next name called up from NXT to debut on “205 Live”. Itami has been in NXT for several years now but has missed major chunks of time due to a variety of injuries. He turned heel over the summer but hasn’t been featured on “NXT” in recent weeks.

Opinion: Unfortunately Itami is a case where you almost have to move him up before he gets hurt again. Just having him be the silent assassin who beats the heck out of anyone in front of him is about as simple of a way as you can have to push him. However, there’s a good chance he’s just Amore’s next victim, which doesn’t do anyone much good.
