And so, it seems to end. Last week saw more major events in wrestling than you will almost ever see in a single week. There were all kinds of things going on in one week in various companies, with WWE having all kinds of them on their own. With so much new stuff, it might have helped WWE to drop a little of their programming, just for the sake of some breathing room. They may have done just that.
According to WWE Network News on Twitter, 205 Live is currently not on the schedule for this week. This comes after the show did not air last week either, suggesting that the show has been canceled. Last month, Triple H mentioned that 205 Live would be moving closer to NXT, which has included the Cruiserweight Title being renamed the NXT Cruiserweight Title. There has been no mention of the show’s future from WWE.
Despite hearing that 205 was still set to continue earlier this week, 205 Live is currently not on the schedule for Friday, seemingly confirming its cancellation.

There has been some great stuff on the show. Check out one of the bigger matches 205 Live has ever seen:
Opinion: As much as I liked the show, this is for the best. There are talented people on the show but at the same time, fans just do not care for what they are being offered. You can see the empty seats on every show and there is no way around the problems that they are having. Maybe WWE can come up with a better concept, but for now, getting rid of the show makes the most sense.
