Rumor: Gimmick Match Set for “Extreme Rules 2017”

Well that makes sense. With Brock Lesnar absent from “Monday Night Raw”, the top feud on the show has been Braun Strowman vs. the efforts of ambulance manufacturers around the country. Strowman has now destroyed two ambulances and with Reigns being hurt in the process. Now it seems to be leading somewhere.

According to Sportskeeda.com, Strowman and Reigns will be squaring off in an ambulance match at “Extreme Rules 2017”. This would be the logical progression of the feud as they’ve traded wins at “Fastlane 2017” and last night at “Payback 2017”. Strowman attacked Reigns when he was in an ambulance last month and then tried to again after “Payback 2017” ended.

Opinion: It’s the only thing that makes sense at this point as the ambulance has been a major focal point of the feud so far. Unfortunately it also seems to open a door to have Reigns win without actually pinning Strowman, which would defeat the purpose. Strowman should win here and move on to challenging Lesnar for the title but there’s always the chance that Reigns wins again because of course he does.
