A flashback can be a good thing. Wrestling is a rather complicated sport. There are very few versions of entertainment that offers such a level of depth as any given show is on the air for at least an hour a week with some going three times that long. That means a lot of history, and in some cases it can come back later on for a little reunion. That was the case on Monday.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Zack Ryder saved his former partner Curt Hawkins from a beatdown at the hands of the Revival. Hawkins and Ryder were WWE Tag Team Champions in 2008 but have only teamed together twice in one off matches since then. There is no word on if the two are scheduled for a full time reunion or if this is just a short term story. Hawkins has currently gone over two years since winning a match.

They’re still together anyway. Check out Ryder and Hawkins’ rather entertaining YouTube show:

Opinion: I mean, it’s not like either of them have anything else going on at the moment. Let them do something that might give them some TV time instead of having them sit around doing nothing and wasting money. Ryder still gets some reactions from the crowd and Hawkins getting a win after all those losses might actually be worth something. It’s not like what they’re doing at the moment is great, so give it a try.

Do you want to see the two of them together again? Will Hawkins finally get a win? Let us know in the comments below.
