It’s no longer time to rumble! We’re past the “2018 Royal Rumble” and it’s time to get ready for “Elimination Chamber 2018” and of course “Wrestlemania XXXIV”. That meant “Monday Night Raw” needed to hit the ground running and hopefully retain a high percentage of its audience from the previous week’s 25th Anniversary show.

According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw” a 1.14 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.395 million viewers. These numbers are down 33% and 25% from last week’s 1.71 rating and 4.53 million viewers. As mentioned though, last week was a special episode. While these numbers are down, ignoring last week’s numbers, they are the highest since August 28, 2017 (1.17 rating) and August 14, 2017 (3.404 million viewers) respectively.

Opinion: You had to expect a drop and it’s not realistic to compare last night’s episode to the 25th Anniversary show. The numbers did retain a nice chunk of its increase and the numbers being the best in about four months is a good sign. Now that being said, as is always the case, they need to continue this trend and hopefully keep things going in the right direction.

What did you think of this week’s show? Can they keep up the strong numbers? Let us know in the comments below.
