One More Time? 39 Year Old Former WWE Star Has Plans For One More Feud With Close Friend

She’d come back. Retirement is one of the hardest things for a wrestler to do as you never know when a wrestler is going to be done for good. There is almost always the chance for a wrestler to come back for one more match. It might be for one more payday or it might be for a match that they have always wanted to have. The latter might be the case with a former WWE star.

During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet (beginning at 22:00), former WWE star Summer Rae spoke about her friendship with current WWE star Natalya. Rae said that she and Natalya want to have a feud together in the ring before Natalya leaves wrestling. Rae wrestled from WWE from 2011-2017 and appeared on Total Divas, where she had a feud with Natalya. She also made a surprise appearance in the 2022 women’s Royal Rumble, where she she was eliminated by Natalya.

Rae was a star when she was around. Check out her time in WWE, and the slap:

Opinion: I’m not sure how interested WWE would be in doing something like this but Rae does at least seem like she would be up for it. If she and Natalya are that close, maybe the two of them could have some kind of a match down the road. At the very least, Rae is someone who was around for awhile and made an impression, so it wouldn’t be the worst idea in the world.
