The long road back. Injuries are one of the worst things that can happen in wrestling as they can take out anyone at any time. Someone with all of the experience in the world can have something go badly for them and be out of action for a very good while. That was the case with a rather established veteran last year and only now are we getting some positive news.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: One More Time: Legendary Tag Team Reuniting For The First Time In Seven Years

Back in November, R-Truth suffered a leg injury during an NXT match against Grayson Waller and has not wrestled since. This week, R-Truth posted a picture online, showing him in the Performance Center. While not confirmed, this could suggest that R-Truth, 51 years old, could be preparing for a return to the ring. There is no word on what he will be doing when he returns to WWE TV.

There aren’t many like him. Check out R-Truth’s time in WWE:

Opinion: This is great to see as R-Truth is one of the most entertaining stars that WWE has had in a very long time. It would be nice to have him back as you never want to see anyone on the shelf this long. R-Truth is someone who can be put into all kinds of storylines and make them more entertaining, which is going to keep him employed for about as long as he wants. It will be nice to have him back and hopefully that is sooner than later.

What do you think of R-Truth? How should WWE use him? Let us know in the comments below.
