Down the road? WWE is the biggest and most powerful wrestling promotion in the world and has been for a very long time now. It can mean the world for a wrestler to finally make it onto the roster, but that does not mean everyone is going to stay. On occasion it is time for a wrestler to head elsewhere, and now there is a chance that two more talented wrestlers could be doing something else.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Big Step: Important Update On Bray Wyatt’s WWE Return, New Detail On His Health Issue

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, NXT’s the Dyad’s (Jagger Reid/Rip Fowler, formerly known as the Grizzled Young Veterans) WWE contracts are set to expire at some point in October, though the exact date was unclear. There is no word on if the two sides have reached a new deal or if the team will be leaving when their deals are up. Earlier this year, the team requested their releases from WWE, but were denied.

It certainly isn’t a talent issue. Check out the team in action:

Opinion: This is an interesting situation as the team is certainly good at what they do and are being presented a lot more frequently, but unless something has changed from earlier this year, they do not want to be in WWE. Maybe that means they are done, and if they are, there is going to be a rather good team available on the free agent market. There is always the chance that they stick around, but it seems unlikely at the moment.

What do you think of the team? Where should they sign next? Let us know in the comments below.
