They’re back. Tag teams have been a staple of wrestling for decades and some of them have become quite the attractions over the years. Finding a top level tag team can be quite the task but when they are working well, they can be quite the top attraction. Now one of the most successful tag teams of all time will be reuniting for the first time in years for a rather special occasion.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: They Did It: AEW All In Breaks Another All Time Record

During a recent edition of Busted Open Radio, it was announced that Impact Wrestling Hall Of Famers Team 3D (Bully Ray and D-Von, better known as the Dudley Boyz) will be reuniting for the first time in seven years at the 1000th episode of Impact Wrestling. The event will take place on September 9 in White Plains, New York and air on television in the following weeks. There is no word on what the two will do at the show.

They were a heck of a team. Check out what Team 3D did in Impact Wrestling.

Opinion: For as much flack as Impact Wrestling has gotten over the years, they have a deep history with a lot of talented stars having come through the doors. Team 3D had a heck of a run there after leaving WWE and it is nice to see them getting to reunite in something like this. Let them have a moment and get the recognition that they deserve for everything they have done.

What do you think of the announcement? Where did Team 3D do their best work? Let us know in the comments below.
