Just in case she didn’t have enough milestones. Over the last few months, no one in wrestling has been hotter than Becky Lynch. She’s turned what looked like a run of the mill heel turn into one of the strongest pushes in what feels like forever. Lynch is arguably the popular star in wrestling today and that could get her all the way to the main event of WrestleMania 35. Before we get there though, she’s accomplished something else that no one ever has.

Lynch has topped the latest ESPN WWE Power Rankings, making her the first woman to ever be ranked #1. The rankings are released once every six weeks and are compiled by a panel. While Lynch has been sidelined since earlier in the month due to a broken nose and a concussion at the hand of Nia Jax, she has kept herself strong through Twitter and promos. She does seem to have been medically cleared to return and is scheduled for TLC on December 16. Lynch has commented on topping the list:

Even if she can’t wrestle at the moment, she can still talk. Check out Lynch’s promo from this week’s SmackDown Live and take in her incredible confidence:

Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair to clash in TLC Match: SmackDown LIVE, Nov. 27, 2018

Opinion: Is there really any argument to this? Lynch has absolutely cracked through the ceiling lately and has a rocket attached to her back. I know you hear about it a lot, but there seems like a real chance that she could be in the main event of WrestleMania. The fact that it seems to be a legitimate possibility about four months out from the show is incredible and Lynch is a big part of that.

Does Lynch belong on top of the list? Is anyone close to her at the moment? Let is know in the comments below.
