Where it all begins again. Last week’s Monday Night Raw and Smackdown Live presented the Superstar Shakeup, meaning a large chunk of the roster was switched from one show to another. That was last week though and this time it’s another show with two goals. This time around is not only the first show with the new roster, but also the final show before the Greatest Royal Rumble. If that’s not enough, it’s also one of the last two shows before Backlash 2018. So what’s on tap?

Here are last week’s results if you need a recap.

WWE has released its official preview for this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. As mentioned, the top stories of the show will focus on the fallout from the Superstar Shakeup and this week’s Greatest Royal Rumble. The second of the two will be addressed when Universal Champion Brock Lesnar makes his first appearance since WrestleMania 34 before his title defense this Friday in Saudi Arabia. Here are the four stories featured in the preview:

Opinion: I’m really looking forward to two weeks from now when we can be done with the Superstar Shakeup, the Greatest Royal Rumble and Backlash. It’s been a fun few weeks but there’s too much crammed into the same few weeks. Get us to the regular shows for a change. As for this show though, it should be interesting to see where things go with the new cast, especially with the series of matches already set for Backlash with the old wrestlers. In other words, again, we need to get back to the normal stuff.
