He’s still got it. There are all kinds of things that go into being a wrestler, with the way they look being rather high on the list. This includes making sure that they stay in peak condition, which can be a lot harder than it sounds while wrestling a full schedule. Several wrestlers are able to maintain that level of physique following their careers, and one legend is even exceeding it.

WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash recently revealed that he is undergoing stem cell treatment for neck issues. Nash has recently posted an image of himself following his last round of treatment, showing his physique. Nash also mentioned that he was glad that he could be able to stay in the gym training and that he’ll “take it” at 64 years old. His most recent match took place in 2018.

Opinion: That is rather impressive, as Nash is in better shape now than he was when he was in the ring full time. It takes some dedication in the gym to make something like that happen but Nash has made it work. Nash is someone who seems to have come out of the ring rather well, which is nice to see give how horribly some post-career stretches go for various legends.
