Game Plan: Injured WWE Superstar Reveals Special Project During Her Absence From The Ring

She has a plan. There are various aspects that go into being a wrestler and one of the most important is staying in the best condition possible. That can create quite the challenge, as wrestlers are on the road so frequently that it can be tricky to find a way to make it work. Now though a current WWE Superstar is in a bit of a unique position and is using it to her full advantage.

Liv Morgan has been out of action since July 17 as she recovers from some sort of an arm or shoulder injury. During an interview with Muscle And Health, Morgan confirmed her injury and said that she was spending her time recovering and working on her nutrition and hoping to return to the ring in the best shape of her career. There is no word on when Morgan is expected to return to the ring.

Opinion: That’s a good goal for Morgan to have as she has the time to spend getting ready for her return to the ring. Morgan has become a near breakout star in WWE and it would be a big deal for her to be able to return in the best shape of her career. She is only 29 years old and has several years left in front of her, so trying to do the best she can with them is a rather smart idea and something that could do wonders for her.
