They Like Him: Very Positive Sign For Jey Uso’s WWE Status

He’s got something. There are very few ways to gauge wrestlers’ popularity as they do not exactly have the most obvious statistics. You can have a feeling when someone is doing something right though and it can be proven in a few fairly concrete ways. Now we are seeing one WWE star having some success and it is showing in a rather important area for wrestlers.

According to Fightful Select, Jey Uso’s merchandise has been selling “exceptionally well” at WWE live events. This comes about a month after Uso was moved to the Monday Night Raw roster following his split from the Bloodline earlier this year. WWE is said to have major plans for Uso going forward. He and Cody Rhodes won the Tag Team Titles over the weekend at Fastlane.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that shows you just how well Uso is doing at the moment. Maybe it doesn’t last, but for the moment, things are going strong foe Uso. The fans are reacting to him and care about what he is doing. It makes sense that WWE would want to push him as hard as they have and now we get to see just how far they are willing to go with him.
