What was Kurt Angle’s Surprise?

It’s true. The big story coming into “Monday Night Raw” this week was the reveal of whatever had been bothering Kurt Angle. The General Manager had a secret of some sort and was finally going to reveal it tonight. All we knew was that he had his family’s support and the person involved would be here with him.

As it turned out, Angle revealed that he had a son from a relationship back in college that he didn’t know about. The son was a college athlete who became a professional wrestler and happened to be a member of the WWE roster. The son was revealed as Jason Jordan, who is now on the “Monday Night Raw” roster.

Opinion: I’ve heard worse ideas. I would have gone with Chad Gable but this works as well, though hopefully it doesn’t mean the end for American Alpha. Jordan hasn’t shown the best abilities on his own and it wouldn’t be a stretch to have Gable join him on Monday nights. Above all else though it’s not Dixie Carter or Stephanie McMahon (yet) so this isn’t the worst thing in the world.
