This is extreme? With less than two weeks to go before Extreme Rules, we have five matches announced for the show. However, on a show designed around gimmick matches, none of them have any sort of stipulation. You would think that something in there would break the mold and while nothing has been announced on television, we do have the first such match confirmed via the internet.

Maybe this is where the idea came from.

Dolph Ziggler interrupts Seth Rollins' interview: Raw Exclusive, July 2, 2018

WWE.com has announced that the Rollins vs. Ziggler rematch will be a thirty minute Iron Man match. This will be the third match between the two of them with both having won a match each. Ziggler won the Intercontinental Title the night after Money in the Bank and then lost the rematch the following week on Monday Night Raw when Drew McIntyre interfered and saved Ziggler’s title.

Opinion: I really hope that we get rid of this idea that the shows are going to end at 10:30. This is a show that is already going to have several matches and one of them is now guaranteed to get thirty minutes. Throw in the pre and post match material and you’re looking at forty minutes minimum. This doesn’t really need to go thirty minutes again but that might suggest coming up with something a little more creative and that’s just not what WWE is going to do.

Who do you think leaves with the title? If Rollins doesn’t take the title from Ziggler, who will? Let us know in the comments below.
