Now we know. We’re less than four days away from “Slammiversary 2017” and that means the card needs to be finalized. With so little time left, it wasn’t clear who would be challenging LAX for the Tag Team Titles. The match was announced as a four way but only two teams had been announced. Now the other two spots have been filled.
According to Impactwrestling.com, Pro Wrestling Noah stars Taiji Ishimuri and Naomichi Marufuji will be a second set of challengers, joining the team of Laredo Kid and Garza Jr. from Crash. These teams join the already announced team of Drago and El Hijo de Fantasma from Lucha Libre AAA.

Opinion: I know I’m in the minority on this but I need a reason to care about these wrestlers other than “they’re really talented”. Laredo Kid and Garza Jr. have at least appeared in the promotion but the other two challenging teams are newcomers. Sure they’ve teamed together elsewhere but that doesn’t help with them being unknowns for this promotion.
Which of the challengers interest you the most? Who do you think leaves with the titles? Let us know in the comments below.
