They had to go down at least a little bit. Last week’s episode of “Impact Wrestling” was a stacked show with four title matches (including two title changes) and a big gimmick match with the loser leaving town. The show drew a nice audience, but the question was how well would the follow up episode do.
According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of “Impact Wrestling” drew a .06 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 276,000 viewers. These numbers are down 14% and 11% from last week’s .07 rating and 300,000 viewers. This week’s show was headlined by Moose/Eddie Edwards vs. KM/Bobby Lashley in a match set up earlier in the evening.

Opinion: This really isn’t all that surprising given how big last week’s show was. There’s not much you can do to contend with four title matches and a loser leaves town match. The numbers didn’t go down that far, but given this show’s history it’s hard to be able to pin the ratings and audience changes on any one thing.
