They are getting attention. WWE and AEW are the biggest wrestling promotions in the country and get almost all of the attention around the wrestling world. It is rare to see another promotion appear on the radar in a big way but they are still around almost every single week. That is the case with one of the other biggest promotions and now it is getting some extra television time.
While AEW has become the new second biggest wrestling company, Impact Wrestling held that spot for a good many years. Impact Wrestling has gone from one of the more prominent wrestling promotions in America to a few low points, it has since bounced back and found its footing in a rather nice way. They are coming up on one of their most important shows and that means someone else is noticing.
AXS TV has announced “Impact Week” for the week of October 20 – 24 to help hype up Bound For Glory on Saturday October 24. The week will see a variety of shows, including the regular episode of Impact Wrestling and a special edition of Talk N Shop on Tuesday, a special documentary called This Is Bound For Glory on Wednesday and Saturday and a live Countdown To Glory special before the pay per view. Impact Wrestling has been airing on AXS TV for just over a year, debuting after Bound For Glory 2019.

The company has been doing well as of late. Check out what they have been doing lately:

Opinion: Good for Impact Wrestling. The company was a punchline for such a long time and now things have gotten that much better over the last few years. I have no idea if the show is going to be a hit or even very good, but it is nice to see AXS TV trying to promote them in a big way for a chance. You don’t get to see that very often with the company and they have put in the work to earn that chance.
