Add them to the list. With the relaunch of “Impact Wrestling” under new ownership, a lot of changes are starting to take place. One of those has been new partnerships announced with various promotions, including ones with Crash Wrestling out of Mexico and Pro Wrestling Noah in Japan. We can now add a third name.

According to “Impact Wrestling” President Ed Nordholm, the company will be taking part in a working relationship with AAA out of Mexico. AAA is one of the two main promotions in Mexico and has produced such stars as Konnan and Rey Mysterio. There is no word on when new talent could be coming to or from “Impact Wrestling” and, according to PWInsider.com, this does NOT change the relationship with Crash Wrestling.

Opinion: They’re certainly trying. One of the big faults of “Impact Wrestling” was that almost no one of note seemed interested in working with them. Now though they have one of the biggest companies in both Japan and Mexico in working relationships, which is a lot more than you would have expected from them for the past several years.
