So you’re saying there’s a chance? With TLC less than a week away, it’s probably time to have a main event set. While we do have a match that is likely set to headline the show, we might not have one of the major participants included. As of a few weeks ago, Braun Strowman was on the shelf with a horrible elbow injury. The question became would he be back in time, and now we might have a more concrete answer.
According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, Strowman is not going to be wrestling on the upcoming TLC pay per view in his scheduled Tables, Ladders and Chairs match with Baron Corbin. Strowman is also not scheduled to wrestle on the upcoming holiday season house shows with John Cena replacing him. Strowman will however be appearing at the shows in some capacity.
Back to news: I’m hearing Braun Strowman is still not likely to compete Sunday at TLC. So much so, that on the holiday tours, John Cena will wrestle in his place. Strowman will still appear at the holiday tour shows, just won’t work. So I can’t see him working a TLC match.

Opinion: At the moment, I can’t imagine Strowman actually wrestling a competitive match on the show. There is a chance that Strowman could work a complete squash match, but I wouldn’t imagine it’s anything more than that. He’s likely coming up on a showdown with Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble in January, so this match is something that he has to get through before heading there. Let him do something simple here and move on to the bigger one.
