A familiar formula. WWE has a lot of television to get through every single week. Ignoring everything else, Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live alone are five hours a week. Couple that with 205 Live and you have three hours to watch every single Monday and Tuesday each. That can make for a long night, which makes it even longer for people in the arena, as they get even more.
There was a dark match both before and after this Tuesday’s pair of television shows. According to Wrestlinginc.com, before SmackDown Live went on the air, Ali defeated Buddy Murphy. This is the same pre-show dark match that has taken place over the last three weeks. After 205 Live was over, SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley defeated Charlotte with the Bayley to Belly to retain the title. Bayley appeared on SmackDown Live while Charlotte has not been on television in over three weeks.

In case you needed a reminder. Check out Bayley vs. Charlotte from years past:
Opinion: I know having the same match so many weeks in a row is a bit much, but it says a lot about the chemistry the two have. It makes sense to start a night off with a fast paced and entertaining match, which seems to be what they have found with those two. That being said, I could go for seeing Ali and Murphy on television for a change, as they both deserve the chance.
Which of these matches sound better? When will Ali or Murphy appear on SmackDown Live? Let us know in the comments below.
