Grudge Match Planned For WrestleMania 36

There’s still room for a little bit more. We are less than four weeks away from WrestleMania and that means the showcase of the immortals is upon us. In other words, it is time for the biggest show of the year as WWE pulls out all the stops. A good chunk of the card is already set but what matters most here is getting the right matches on the show. We might know another one.

Elimination Chamber has come and gone and that means there are no more road blocks on the way to Tampa. One of the bigger matches at Elimination Chamber was the show’s namesake match for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. While the belts were on the line in the match, there was another story that might have been a lot more interesting as well, and it could play out at WrestleMania 36.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, one of the matches expected to be announced for WrestleMania will see Otis face Dolph Ziggler. The two have been feuding lately with Mandy Rose caught in the middle. The Elimination Chamber match Ziggler and Robert Roode eliminate Heavy Machinery, though the WrestleMania match would likely be a singles match.

Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise in the world and there is nothing wrong with that. It’s a story that the fans have gotten behind and now what matters is giving the fans what they want to see. I’m not sure how WWE is going to go with the match but at least they have figured out an idea and are following up on it. Maybe they can even surprise us with a heck of a match.
