The biggest match in the history of women’s wrestling. To say the Women’s Revolution has changed women’s wrestling in an incredibly positive way is an understatement. Long gone are the days of the two minute matches with no purpose other than to say the women were on the show. Last year, two WWE women reached a milestone that would have been unthinkable not very long ago.

WWE has released the full main event from “Hell in a Cell 2016” where Sasha Banks defended her Raw Women’s Title against Charlotte. This was the first time two women had every main evented a WWE pay per view and to date, the only time it has ever happened. Here’s the full match:

FULL MATCH — Banks vs. Flair - Raw Women's Title Hell in a Cell Match: WWE Hell in a Cell 2016

Opinion: This is another one of those matches where I can’t believe this actually happened. There was a period of over ten years where a women’s singles match didn’t get more than ten minutes on a pay per view. Now, women have not only closed a show but their match got over twenty minutes from bell to bell. That’s a remarkable step forward and I’m very glad it happened.

What did you think of this actually happening? How far can you imagine the women’s division going? Let us know in the comments below.
