Nice to see you again. Managers can be a very valuable asset for wrestlers for a variety of reasons. They can handle a lot of the things that a wrestler might not be able to do on their own, with talking being near the top of the list. This is something that has been done for years in wrestling but it has died down in the last several years. AEW is starting to bring them back though, and that was on display again this week.

There are all kinds of managers available, with some getting more physical than others. It helps a lot when you have someone who can get the attention of the fans and draw some heat to the wrestler, with some managers being masters at this art. There are a lot of people who can do this better than others and AEW has brought in one of the better talkers of this generation.

This week on AEW Dynamite, Vickie Guerrero made her official debut as Nyla Rose’s manager, promising to bring her back to the AEW Women’s Title. Rose had mentioned hiring a manager on last week’s Dynamite but did not say who it was. Guerrero has appeared on AEW television before, including doing commentary on an episode of Dark earlier in the year.

Imagine this, but better. Check out what Rose has done before Guerrero:

Opinion: Works for me. Guerrero really is one of the best talkers of this generation and having that EXCUSE ME back will get more heat on Rose than anything else. Rose hiring her makes sense too, as she got to the top of the division but couldn’t beat Shida, meaning she needs some help. This has some potential, and that’s one of the best things that can be said about a situation like this one.

Do you like the pairing? How far can Rose go with Guerrero? Let us know in the comments below.
