Former TNA Knockout Signs with WWE

One more for the road touring crew. NXT has gone from a small developmental promotion to a third touring brand for WWE. They have their roster down in Florida and another that goes around the country. With this many stops to make, it would be a good idea to bolster their ranks a bit, which is what they’ve done.

According to Wrestlinginc.com, WWE has signed former Impact Wrestling star Thea Trinidad, who wrestled for the company under the name Rosita, to NXT. Trinidad is the fiance of Austin Aries and has been seen on “NXT” TV as well as appearing as one of Adam Rose’s Rosebuds. There is no word on when she would start appearing for “NXT”.

Opinion: There’s nothing wrong with signing someone who has in-ring experience and good charisma to back it up. This isn’t the most surprising signing as she already has a real life relationship with a WWE star and has her own career as well. NXT can always use some extra names to fill in the roster and the women’s division has been going nuts as of late with all of their recent signings.
